Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 January 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you retain.

1. Information we collect

We collect identity information required to operate a regulated financial service: your full name, date of birth, residential address, government-issued identification, and contact details. This is a legal obligation under anti-money-laundering rules, not a marketing choice.

We also record transactional data — deposits, allocations, rebalances, and withdrawals — and technical data such as IP address, device type, and session timestamps used for fraud prevention.

2. How we use your information

Your data is used to verify your identity, operate your portfolio, produce your statements, meet regulatory reporting obligations, and secure your account against unauthorised access.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers under any circumstance.

3. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver the service — identity verification providers, custody partners, payment processors, and auditors — each bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information where compelled by a lawful order from a competent authority.

4. Storage and security

Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside the firm is restricted on a least-privilege basis and every access event is logged.

We retain client records for the period required by financial record-keeping law after an account closes, then delete them.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion where no legal retention obligation applies.

Requests can be made from inside the client portal or by writing to support@auriven.app. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session and protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy we notify account holders by email before it takes effect. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
